Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on carrier service selected at checkout, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and federal regulations, we do not ship tobacco products to certain states or regions. At checkout, our system should notify you if shipping to your address is unavailable.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age (21+) to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
