Return Policy

At Oak and Iron Cigars, customer satisfaction is central to everything we do. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right.  


You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange. All returns must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or partially used cigars are not eligible for return, unless a quality issue is reported.

If you believe your cigars arrived with a significant issue or defect, please contact us promptly with details. In certain cases, we may request supporting photos or documentation to evaluate the concern. If approved, we will provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

To begin the return process, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or declined.

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.

Oak and Iron Cigars reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside of these guidelines or where misuse or negligence is evident.
